I’ve been working in kitchens for over ten years—creating, inhaling aromas, experimenting, and savoring flavors. From France to Serbia, and then to India—every dish is a journey through tastes and cultures.
I am a chef with an attitude. I believe the kitchen is a kind of bright Martian-Shivaic energy. Knives, sizzling fire, everything has to be done quickly—it perfectly matches my nature.

Although I haven’t eaten meat for seven years, I have no problem cooking it for others. For me, it’s important that everyone has the freedom to choose their food—I cook with love and care for all.
Cooking is a karmic act. It helps cleanse karma and repay a karmic debt. I love doing good for people.
I FEEL DEEP REVERENCE FOR THE WORLD AROUND ME
In the kitchen, I treat ingredients with care. We sort waste, collecting plastic and organic matter separately. Some of the organic waste goes into a composter with Californian worms and later nourishes our garden
We also have food waste grinders in the kitchen, sending everything to a bioreactor where billions of bacteria break it down into sludge which is later used as fertilizer
